At VA Freelance Hub, our core mission is to connect Filipino Virtual Assistants and remote workers with legitimate agencies and career opportunities. To achieve this, we operate as an aggregator of publicly available data. This Data Collection Policy explains how we source, aggregate, and display job listings and agency information.

1. How We Source Information

VA Freelance Hub collects information via public indexing. We prefer official APIs, RSS feeds, applicant tracking system JSON endpoints, and other source-supported public access paths. Some sources may be marked for review or paused if their terms, robots policy, availability, or automation posture is unclear.

2. Purpose of Data Aggregation

The sole purpose of aggregating this public data is to act as a centralized search engine and gateway. We do not host or process job applications natively. Instead, every job listing and agency profile on our platform contains direct links driving traffic back to the original source (the agency's website or ATS platform). We operate on the principle that indexing public job data benefits the agencies by providing them with free visibility and a wider pool of qualified applicants.

3. Ethical Guidelines & The "Opt-Out" Standard

We do not bypass logins, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, robots restrictions, rate limits, or other access controls. We do not collect private data, user profiles, or application data. Public visibility alone is not treated as blanket permission to automate collection, store records, and republish them, so sources are reviewed conservatively and can be paused or removed.

Opt-Out Mechanism: We respect the rights of business owners and agencies. If you are an authorized representative of an agency or company listed on VA Freelance Hub and you wish for your public job postings or directory listing to be removed from our aggregator, please contact us immediately. We maintain a strict, no-questions-asked "Opt-Out" policy and will remove your data from our index promptly.

4. Accuracy of Information

Because we aggregate data from third-party sources, VA Freelance Hub cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of every job listing. Job openings may close, and links may expire on the source website before our index updates. We encourage all users to verify the status of a job opening directly on the employer's official website.
